| We are pleased to announce the 2012 International
E-Learning Awards! Awards will be given for successful courses, sites, and products, in three categories: e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning. Each category will include awards in both the Academic and Business divisions. Winners of our previous awards are listed here. Submissions for the Business division are now open and are due on March 1, 2012. Submissions for the Academic division will open in March, 2012 and will be due on June 1, 2012. We are currently taking submissions only for the Business division. Submissions are due on March 1, 2012. Details are below: Who can submit? Anyone is welcome to submit their work and compete for an International E-Learning Award. Submitted courses, sites, and products may be in any language, though the application form itself must be completed in English. How do I submit? You'll need to submit the 2012 International E-Learning Award Entry Form - Business Division to us at awards@ielassoc.org. Please note that the entry fee for submission is $99 USD, payable by credit card or bank transfer. Instructions for payment are on the Entry Form, or you may pay online using any major credit card or PayPal. Current IELA members may pay a reduced fee of $79.
What's the timeline? Submissions will be evaluated by the IELA Awards Committee, who will look for a variety of attributes. These will include, among others, educational soundness and effectiveness, usability, and overall significance. Any Questions? Just drop us an e-mail at info@ielassoc.org.
